Diane qualified as a Tutor for the Life Coaching Institute a fairly short time after receiving a Distinction in her Diploma as a Life Coach five years ago.  She thoroughly enjoyed her role as a tutor, helping and supporting trainee coaches through their 19 module Diploma.  She resigned from tutoring when her own business expanded to the point where she was no longer able to commit time to both her own coaching practise and tutoring.  She also qualified in Advanced Hypnotherapy, Advanced Leadership Coaching, EFT and as a Master Practitioner of NLP. Her journey began many years ago initially with public speaking, from which many offers of work followed. Her coaching practise very quickly expanded into leading workshops, evening classes, support groups and providing training, talks and executive coaching for various organisations throughout the UK.

Andy has always been involved with helping people to improve their performance. This began as an RYA sailing instructor, developed substantially with a degree in Sport Science, followed by a career as an entrepreneur and then 12 years as a Strategic Marketing Consultant. For the last 5 years he’s been involved in the personal development business, training as: a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Relationship Coach, Executive Coach and Advanced Leadership Coach. Prior to starting out business together, for two of years he lived and worked with two World Class coaches and Tony Robbins Senior Leadership Coaches at a top personal development retreat. As well coaching and co-presenting with Diane, he has set up their backoffice systems: websites, blog, paypal, CRM system, twitter, self-published books, MP3 downloads, Google Analytics etc.

Together, we learned through years of experience what works and what doesn't, and we expanded our business to the extent that we were both able to give up full-time employment to follow our dreams. 

We already have a very high percentage of coaches and trainers attend our workshops, and many who wish learn how to coach effectively, run workshops and market their business, but without the knowledge of how to begin.  This workshop will provide exactly that.

Then spend an additional half day 1-on-1 with Andy who will help you to tailor the right marketing approach for you, introduce you to some of the best tools for you and even help you to set them up.
