LUNCH MENU

Below is our typical lunch menu for a 2 day workshop,
which is also a gentle introduction
to the world of Raw Food.

All our meals are home-cooked, freshly prepared
with organic ingredients as far as possible.  

Please note that the menu may vary slightly depending
on the dietary requirements of those attending.

9.25am - ON ARRIVAL
Tea/Coffee and introductions. 
We also have a wide variety of herbal teas available.

11am - BREAK
Freshly made Fruit Smoothie.
Made for the group with your own choices of fruit.

1pm - 2pm - LUNCH
Ham, chicken or soft cheese on a bed of spinach
accompanied by a raw food salad and coleslaw, 
served with a lemon, lime and fresh herb dressing
and lightly toasted Ciabetta.

The ingredients of our accompanying raw food salad are as follows: -
Fresh Butternut Squash, Courgette and Carrot Noodles
Mini Corn on the Cob
Sweet Pepper
Mange Tout
Spring Onion
Celery
Cucumber
Tomato
Broccoli
Raddish
Lemon Juice Dressing
