I offer face to face, telephone and e-mail coaching.
Your first 30 minute taster session by telephone is free and is by appointment only. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain, so give it a try and see what coaching can do for you.....
Face to face Coaching - £65 per 40 minute session, £85 per 1 hour session, which includes e-mail support between appointments.
Telephone Coaching - £60 per 40 minute session, £80 per 1 hour session, which includes e-mail support between appointments.
A 10% discount will apply for 4 or more coaching sessions which are paid for in advance.
Hypnotherapy - £80 for a face to face session.
